Why 90 days?
90 days is better suited to the person who has an older, more complex history with impaired digestion. You may have one or more digestive disorders, slower metabolism, or are a non-compliant client who needs to adapt to changes at a slower pace.
why is digestive health important?
Digestive health is the foundation for your metabolic health and ultimately a predictor for chronic disease. Most people aren’t aware that they have impaired digestion. Excessive burping, mucus, heartburn, hiccups, nausea, gas, bloating, constipation, irregular stools, diarrhea, painful or slow eliminations, leaky gut, rashes, bad breath, and nasal drip are all symptoms of poor digestive health.

A Slow Approach indicates there’s no quick fix to long-term health. 45/90 days aims to reestablish the value of being in relationship with food and your body by eating a whole foods, seasonal diet appropriate for your metabolic body type that will be sustainable for the rest of your life.
